Refund Policy

We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request for a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect Oder, so that your order may be evaluated and rectified. the hair must be in it's original packaging. not used or damaged. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that banks have their own turnaround time to process payments and we are not liable for any delays after we have processed your refund payments.

If you choose to do an Exchange your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.
